| Among new features from SOMA Online version 1.3, we have: |

| • Manage Quotes and Invoices. This feature allows Aeronautical Service Centers to quote and invoice Maintenance Services to their clients through SOMA Online. FBO’s will also be able to quote and invoice flights and expenses to their clients. |

| • Maintenance Services linked to Stock. Before, SOMA Online allowed users to manage maintenance services and create reminders for future services. On this new version, this aeronautical software links inventory (stock) information with maintenance services, so Service Centers know whether or not they have in stock required components for their next maintenance service to avoid delays during its execution. |

| • Maintenance Services and Airworthiness Directives (ADs) due Date Reports. On this new version, SOMA Online has an internal algorithm to calculate next service maintenance or AD due date based on aircraft historic information using variables such as hours, cycles and dates. It also allows Maintenance Managers to place future flights information to estimate future service maintenance due dates. |

Atlanta, GA (September 27th, 2007) – On the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) annual event, Teravision Technologies launched to the US market SOMA Online, a software made to reduce costs, automate operations and get real time accurate reports for charter or maintenance operations. |

From January 2007, a Venezuelan Airline, Santa Bárbara Airlines, has been using SOMA Online on a pilot test.
