Group 2

Logistics, Purchasing and Inventory

  • Control of consumable components, motors, trains, tools and external equipment.
  • Management of requisition processes, budgeting, purchases orders, entry to the warehouse, incoming inspection, dispatch, installation in the aircraft, shipment to repair, loan, discard and exchange.
  • Approval of purchase processes, using direct notifications to the person responsible for each process.
Group 3

Document Expiration Control

  • Aircraft documents: airworthiness certificates, radio licenses, acoustic homologation and insurances.
  • Crew and mechanic documents: courses, licenses, medical certificates and more.
  • Direct expiration notifications to the person responsible for each process.
Group 4

Maintenance, Engineering and Reliability

  • Maintenance cards (MPD, CPCP, SI, SSID, AWL.EWIS, SFAR 88 Task) and airworthiness directives.
  • Engines, trains and components (On Condition, Condition Monitoring, Hard Time, LLP) according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Non-routine Report, Flight Reports and Deferred Reports. In the case of Deferred Reports, the controls handle CAT A, B, C & D according to industry standards.
  • TSN, CSN, LSN, TSO, CSO, LSO, TSI, CSI, LSI.

Mobile App

An iOS (Apple device) app that allows users to control and monitor work orders, measure tasks from start to finish, record service progress and update Soma in real time to generate graphs and reports.
