Our client Jasfly provides aerial work services with helicopters throughout the Argentine territory to state agencies and private companies. Carries out internal or external cargo transportation, patrolling, medical emergency services, among others.
Jasfly’s operation is fast and continuous, therefore the filling of the flight records of each helicopter -called RTV in Argentina- could take a large part of the day (pilot hours, airframe times and components).
SOMA streamlines this process with a single RTV upload, which automatically updates any profile that requires such hours, landings, cycles, and even external load events. In turn, SOMA’s team of aeronautical engineers supports Jasfly in updating each RTV so that it can ensure that aircraft times are kept up-to-date on the platform.
Finally, to make the process easier, SOMA developed for Jasfly Argentina the direct printing of the flight log format, both for aircraft and for engines, which they file in their logs and the pilot only has to validate and sign them. This avoids inconsistencies in handwritten data vs. aircraft hourmeters and the crew does not have to fill each log after a flight.
